We're seeking to add a Software Developer to our team of technologists and researchers. You'll work in a flat hierarchy with responsibilities throughout our entire tech stack, from database system architecture to low-level C++ development. You are comfortable working independently and generating solutions on your own, but will also work closely with the full team to develop and implement algorithmic strategies. You are also skilled at communicating complex thoughts and ideas, and understand that documentation is just as important as the code itself. And perhaps most importantly, you enjoy developing creative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:‍

• Quantitative model implementation
• Support research and execution infrastructure
• Create and maintain databases and system architecture
• Analyze and optimize system performance

Requirements:

• Strong programming experience in Python and C++
• Strong background in algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, etc.) encouraged
• Desire to solve practical problems algorithmically at scale
• Exceptionally detail oriented
• Skilled at code documentation and unit testing
• No prior trading or investment experience required
